For founder Andrew Tibbles, building has always been more than a trade. It is a way to give back. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Andrew saw firsthand how thoughtful construction could bring communities together and improve lives.
Through Heart Works Building Co., Andrew’s mission is to create homes that support families, foster neighborhood connections, and serve a larger purpose. His hands-on approach, commitment to client care, and passion for sustainable building are the core of every project.

Heart Works Building Co. was founded on a simple belief: building well starts with caring deeply.

Andrew and Ashlen Tibbles met while volunteering with All Hands and Hearts, a global disaster relief organization focused on rebuilding communities after natural disasters. From flood recovery in Texas to reconstruction projects around the world, they worked side by side with families who had lost everything.

In the process, they saw that good building is never just about materials and measurements. It’s about resilience, empathy, and building with clear purpose. Every nail they drove was an act of service. Every home they helped rebuild was a space for healing.

Those experiences shaped how they approach their work today. For Andrew and Ashlen, a well-built home is not just a structure, it’s a reflection of the people who live there and the community it’s part of.
